Website use and contracting terms

1. Owner identification

This website is owned by OC Flow Media Sociedad Limitada, a single-member company, tax ID B93819423, with registered office at C/ Pau Casals, 3 (Edificio CINC), 17001 Girona, Spain, registered with the Commercial Registry of Girona, sheet GI-79762, entry 1. Contact: legal@ocflowmedia.com.

2. Purpose and professional scope

These terms govern access to and use of ocflowmedia.com and the submission of enquiries about OC Flow Media services.

The services are intended exclusively for businesses, professionals and persons acting within their business or professional activity. The website does not offer online contracting or payment aimed at consumers.

3. Website use

Users must use the website lawfully, refrain from interfering with its operation and not submit unlawful or harmful content or content that infringes third-party rights.

Accessing the website does not in itself create a professional relationship or require OC Flow Media to provide a service.

4. Enquiries and contract formation

Submitting a form, email or message is only a request for contact or information. It is not an order, does not reserve capacity and does not automatically create a contract.

A contractual relationship is formed only when OC Flow Media and the client accept and sign the relevant proposal, quotation or contract. If there is any conflict, the signed contract prevails.

5. AI Audit

The only service currently presented publicly is the AI Audit. Its process and general scope are those described on the Audit page.

The published price starts at EUR 6,500 plus VAT. The final fee, timetable, scope, deliverables and payment terms will be set out in the proposal or contract after the client's needs have been assessed.

6. Service-specific terms

Availability, client cooperation, meetings, recordings, confidentiality, intellectual property, rescheduling, suspension, termination and liability are governed by the contract signed for each project.

No commercial description on the website replaces the instructions, obligations or limitations expressly agreed in that contract.

7. Intellectual and industrial property

The website's text, designs, trademarks, graphic elements, methodologies and other content belong to OC Flow Media or are used with permission. They may not be exploited beyond what the law permits without prior authorisation.

Links to the website and short quotations are permitted when they identify the source and respect the rights of OC Flow Media and third parties.

8. Confidential information and submitted materials

Users must not submit credentials, special categories of personal data, third-party secrets or information they are not authorised to disclose. Where a project requires confidential information, its handling will be governed by the applicable contract or confidentiality agreement.

9. Availability and liability

OC Flow Media aims to keep the website available and up to date but does not guarantee the complete absence of errors, interruptions or third-party content. Access may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, security or events outside its control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

10. Law, jurisdiction and language

These terms are governed by Spanish law. In B2B relationships, unless mandatory law or the signed contract provides otherwise, disputes will be submitted to the courts of Girona.

The Spanish version is the reference version. Italian and English versions are provided for convenience; mandatory rules in the client's country prevail to the extent legally required.
