Cookie Policy
Last updated: 5 May 2026
This Cookie Policy describes what cookies are, which cookies ocflowmedia.com uses, for what purposes, how long they last and how you can manage your preferences at any time. It complies with the Cookie Guide of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), with article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) and with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that websites store on the user's device (computer, tablet, mobile) when they are accessed. They allow the user to be recognised on subsequent visits, remember their preferences, analyse the use of the site or display personalised advertising.
Together with cookies, this site may use other similar storage technologies (such as localStorage or sessionStorage) that perform equivalent functions. For the purposes of this policy, all of these technologies are referred to generically as “cookies”.
2. Types of cookies we use
Based on ownership, we use first-party cookies (managed by OC Flow Media) and third-party cookies (managed by external providers such as Google, LinkedIn, Metricool or SoundCloud).
Based on purpose, cookies are classified into: technical (strictly necessary for the operation of the site, no consent required), analytics (measurement and usage statistics, consent required) and marketing or behavioural advertising (consent required).
Based on duration, they are session cookies (deleted when the browser is closed) or persistent cookies (remain on the device for a defined period).

4. International data transfers
Some providers (Google, LinkedIn, SoundCloud) are established in the United States. These international transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Adequacy Decision of the European Commission of 10 July 2023) and, failing that, on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
Metricool is established in Spain (European Union), so its use does not entail any international transfer.
5. Legal basis
The legal basis for installing non-technical cookies is the user's consent, given via the cookie banner on the first visit. This consent can be withdrawn or modified at any time from the cookie configuration panel, accessible from the banner or from the site footer.
Technical cookies rely on OC Flow Media's legitimate interest in ensuring the proper functioning of the website, in accordance with article 22.2 LSSI-CE.
6. Managing and revoking consent
You can accept, reject or configure the use of non-technical cookies from the banner that appears on your first visit to the site. If you wish to change your decision later, you can do so at any time without any penalty.
Additionally, most browsers allow you to block, delete or restrict cookies from their settings. You will find the official links below: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Microsoft Edge and Opera. Please note that blocking technical cookies may affect the proper functioning of the site.

7. Updates to this Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when we add or remove third-party services, when applicable legislation changes, or when recommended by the AEPD or European Data Protection Board (EDPB) guidelines. We recommend that you review it periodically.
Any substantial changes will be notified by means of a prominent notice on the website or, where appropriate, by means of a new request for consent.
